Thorough Inspection Consumer, My finace and I used Eagle Eye Home Inspection service for a home that we thought was in good condition. The home had all cans of code violations and plumbing problems. The inspection was very thorough and came with pictures of problem areas. The inspection helped us with a major decision also saving us thousand of dollars. The Best Ms. Clark, I used Eagle Eye Home Inspection when I purchased by new home. I actually put a contract on one house in the same subdivision but after Eagle Eye Home Inspection I did not purchase the first home because there was alot of stuff that was undone. Eagle walked on the lot and the first thing they said was that this was not a good lot just from looking at the land and how it was graded it would retain water. So after it rained one day I passed by and it was like a little lake. On my second home that I did finally purchase it had some glitches in it. Eagle Eye caught all of the glitches. They forgot to install the antisafety tilt guard for the stove. They forgot to install the smoke detectors, which Eagle Eye Home Inspection caught. They also left debris and told me it was my responsibility. I'm glad I used eagle eye home inspection because I would have bought the first home I put a contract on because I was so eager to move in.
